Hi guys! It was an awesome weather yesterday and today, days to enjoy the spring with the kids, a relief after a continuous raining for the whole last week and the week before, which is good but not in kids spring break though. Hope it will not cool too much especially in April, as many are expecting, like what happened last 2 years when it snowed and made damage to a lot of trees and plants.

Even though my Spring Break ended a week ago, I still feel like my head and heart are still back there, roaming about. I took a week off to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona in Arizona. And to get my nerd fill, I visited Roswell, as well! Here are a few pictures from the Grand Canyon, enjoy. I'll be posting pictures of Sedona and Roswell, in later posts, so stay tune for that...

Moms always ask me how I have trained my kids to be such good eaters.  As an experienced mother, it is my pleasure to share these eight simple ways to get your toddler to eat anything:

1)      Drop the food on the floor and ignore it.  If this is your first child, clean the floor first.

Rule: The dirtier the floor, the more excited the toddler will be about eating the food she finds.

Being productive simply entails accomplishing something significant, something worthwhile—a goal. Often, people think that means something related to school or extracurricular activities, but it could also be an entirely personal project.

I’ve always tried to accomplish at least one goal over my breaks.

Tuesday funny: All The Things You Must Have Said To Your Children, In Poster Form. We ran across these absolutely hilarious masterpieces on DesignTaxi and felt obligated to share such comical pieces.

Start with about 3/4 inch sand.

Add just enough water to make the sand moist.

Pat down the sand level.

Add a layer of rocks. (We used shiny rocks collected at the beach)

Then a layer of dirt.

Plant small cute little plants. Succulents are my choice.

Yay!

Cheers!
